The Big Bang: A Design Panel

I, along with Portland, Jeremy Dean, Jeff Breil and Carson Slovak, spoke during the Launch Music Conference held in Lancaster this past week. Our panel, The Big Bang, discussed the importance of artwork and what you project with your logo, cover art, merchandise, etc. While you have nightmarish visions of nobody showing up, the room was instead filled with conference attendees! Very cool, indeed.

I also spoke on the Back To Earth: Can You Handle the Truth panel with my friend, Eerie Von. We, along with the other four panelists, had an excellent time on that panel as well.

Many thanks to Jeremy Weiss and Rick Gadd for their vision and efforts to create such an event right here in Lancaster. Until next year...

The Sermon Is Over

In between projects, and when not teaching, I exercise my mind by creating new work. It keeps me sharp while also allowing me to work without any boundaries. Note: To view the piece in full detail, please click on the image above to enlarge.

A New Merch Design

Created to fulfill the need for a monogram merchandise design for solo artist, Mat Kearney, I created this industrial, mid-century design. The origins of inspiration range from Russian and American 20th century poster and pattern design, resulting in something masculine yet unisex.
